Storehouse Residential Trust (ARSN 135 812 074) (SRT) is a registered property trust which is offering through shared equity a diversified residential investment portfolio in Australia's major cities.   SRT is available for both retail and the wholesale investors.

 

The Trust will invest in a portfolio of residential shared equity investments in properties. The Trust also holds beneficial ownership of tenanted residential properties.
